Music in Mind brings live, high-energy music presentations straight into your classroom. From playful rhythm games for ages 2–6 to band-ready skills for 7–12 and real-world music stories for 13–18, we make music feel exciting and possible—empowering students of all ages to feel confident and inspired about the role music can play in their lives.
Each session is interactive, inclusive, and tailored to your students’ age and experience level, ensuring everyone feels confident to participate. We don’t just perform—we spark curiosity, build creativity, and leave students inspired to keep making music long after the session ends.
Inspiring Creativity, Skill, and Confidence Through Music and Production
Our nonprofit program is dedicated to empowering young minds through the transformative power of music education. Led by a professional musician and touring Production Manager, we provide diverse, high-quality instruction tailored to every skill level and musical interest. For older students, we also offer a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on backstage production, giving them valuable insight into the technical and creative elements of live performance.
Meet the Team
Candice & Kian Byrne
Candice and Kian bring a full circle perspective on the music industry with over 25 years experience behind the stage and on the stage. Traveling the world, and managing arena level artists Candice brings a perspective of Backstage Production that will leave you with a new appreciation of those behind the scenes. While Kian’s multi-instrumentalist talents and extensive knowledge in song writing will provide insight on what it takes to be a performer both on and off stage. The Byrne’s hope to encourage youth to peruse the arts, as they truly believe it can provide a foundation for a successful and fulfilling future.
